Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading medical device manufacturer who is hiring an Assembly Technician to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity working 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Assembly Technician will read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions to perform accurate assembly of components and equipment.
Technician will utilize hand tools, measuring equipment to assemble and install parts.
Technician will perform quality checks and inspections to ensure the accuracy and functionality of assembled components.
Technician will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any technical issues or challenges during the assembly process.
Technician will perform reliability testing, configuring machines, performing product and subsystem testing, running machinery, and documenting test results.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years Mechanical Assembly background
Candidates must have experience in building or assembling electromechanical systems, wire harnesses, custom cables, mechanical assembly, and disassembly following engineering procedures.
Candidates must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
Candidates must be familiar with using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment used in mechanical assembly.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
