Licensed Occupational Therapist coordinates and manages
Occupational Therapy services to patients in their homes.Minimum
RequirementsZero to two years related experiencePassed or eligible
for the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy
(NBCOT)Must maintain a valid North Carolina drivers license or be
licensed in the state of residence and maintain the hospital
required insurance limits.Licensed or provisionally licensed by the
State of North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy.American
Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationBachelor's
