Licensed Physical Therapist coordinates and provides Physical
Therapy Services to patients in their homes. Supervises care
delivered by Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants and Home Health
Aides (as appropriate).Minimum RequirementsMinimum of Bachelor of
Science Degree in Physical Therapy required.Minimum of two years of
clinical experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.Licensure by
the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy required.Must have a
valid North Carolina driver's license with minimum North Carolina
automobile insurance requirements.Must maintain adequate
/dependable transportation in order to perform specific job
functions.American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
