ECU Health Physicians and The Marion L. Shepard Cancer Center,
located in Washington, North Carolina, are seeking a BE/BC
Fellowship trained Hematology Oncologist to join their cancer
program. Applicants should have an interest in growing a
community-based general oncology practice. Experienced applicants
are preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.Washington North

- Clinical responsibilities will include: developing treatment
plans for new diagnosis in hematology oncology patients,
chemotherapy oversight, supervising advance practice provider on
follow up patients, and participation in tumor board
- Participation in a 9 -hospital system of cancer care with 5 COC
accredited sites sharing a common medical record and planned COC
Network
- Close collaboration with the ECU Health Cancer Care team which
includes a multidisciplinary team of specialists including
radiation oncologists, hematology oncologists, surgical
oncologists, gynecologic oncologist, neurological oncologist,
hematology oncology fellows, and patient navigators
