JOB DESCRIPTION Location: Greenville, Pitt County, NC (Coverage for Pitt and some in Lenoir Counties)

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate and assess patients to determine physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in the comfort of patients' homes
• Work with patients to set achievable goals and track progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Use innovative and effective techniques to help patients achieve their maximum physical potential Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
  • Active state license as a Physical Therapist
  • At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferably home health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
