Group is seeking a dynamic Director of Product Marketing to join
our Marketing organization. This role is pivotal in developing and
executing go-to-market strategies, creating impactful sales
enablement materials, and driving successful product launches. The
ideal candidate will be a masterful communicator with a knack for
crafting compelling messaging and positioning. They will be
responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our overall
product and services product marketing strategy. This leadership
position requires the unique ability to create and build the
function within the organization while at the same time meeting
current requirements of the team.You will lead a team of product
marketing managers that create and execute innovative go-to-market
content and positioning that establishes Prometheus Group's thought
leadership and product market fit tailored to multiple industry
verticals and solution segments. The role will serve as the
champion for the overall strategic positioning of the company and
its enterprise asset management portfolio and be the key driver of
launching new product introductions into market.Our USA-based
Marketing team is fully on-site in our North Hills, Raleigh office.

teams.Job Responsibilities:
- Build a winning team while making an impact: Recruit, develop,

- Know the Customer: Own the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile): Enable
a data-driven approach to targeting our marketing and sales efforts
to the right market segment with the right messaging and
offers.
- Market impact: Lead the development of go-to-market plans for
new product launches and customer expansion including market
sizing, messaging, and collaboration with demand generation to
drive early adoption and market our compelling
differentiation.
- Insights into action: Curate third-party sources and conduct
market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and
competitive insights to inform product marketing strategies and
content. Leverage to evolve product strategy and identify, segment,
and size market opportunities and threats.
- Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling, differentiated
product messaging that resonates with Prometheus Group's target
audiences. It is important to craft role-based and industry-based
value propositions that align with customer pain points with ROI
value-based content that is often from our customer advocates
themselves.
- Core Content Excellence: This team will become subject matter
experts of impactful content with compelling storylines, including
both corporate and product website content, collateral -
specifically our presentation decks, demos, webinars, and blog
posts, to support marketing campaigns and sales engagement
efforts.
- Performance Metrics: Set, monitor, and achieve key performance
indicators (KPIs) of the role's domain to take measures to ensure
growth. Conduct usage analysis, win-loss analysis, and product
market acceptance evaluation to tune positioning and share insights
with Product Management and Development completing a closed
loop.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with
cross-functional teams including our sales, customer success,
demand generation, and product management to align on messaging,
positioning, and goals.
- Team to win: In collaboration with Product Management and Sales
Engineers, provide Business Development and Sales teams with the
tools, training, and materials they need to effectively sell our
products and achieve revenue targets.
- Industry influence: Lead engagement with Industry Analysts to
best position Prometheus Group within the industry.
- Build out and own our User Group Program in collaboration with
Product Management.Experience
- (7+) years of increasing experience in Product Marketing,
and/or product roles successfully establishing market position and
leadership of the organization's offering portfolio.
- (4+) years leading product marketing function or product
management in the software industry. Experience working within the
enterprise asset management segment is a plus, as is experience in
launching AI-driven innovation into the market.
- Proven experience leading marketing teams with a demonstrated
record for launching new products and services to the market.
- Experience working with direct, partner, and channel marketing
and sales leaders to deliver business outcomes.
- Must be highly driven with a passion for developing teams that
deliver and help the organization win in strategic markets.
Demonstrated ability to gather/synthesize market information and
customer research to drive business planning and strategy.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and
the ability to coach others.
- Strong collaboration & negotiation skills, showing the ability
to influence without ownership, gaining support and trust across
the organization to achieve agreed-upon business outcomes.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product
management, demand generation, sales, and technology teams
required.
- Ability to work within a high-growth, fast-paced culture.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or
a related discipline. MBA preferred, not required.Benefits
